Our Goal for ESSENTIALITIES® is to provide Satisfaction and Seamless Experience. Contact ESS immediately if you are not satisfied with your Prepackaged Kit(s), or an product or item within the Kit.

For a complete refund, ESSENTIALITIES® Prepackaged Kit and contents should be returned in its original condition, unused, or consumed. Upon receipt, we will inspect, evaluate and issue refund accordingly.  Allow up to 7 days for a full refund.

An item or product, damaged due to package or product negligence, will be replaced and expedited, free of charge.

How to care for Your Feather Duster

- Gently wash / agitate in soapy water. (Ivory dish soap recommened)

- Hold duster with feather side down,

- beginning at the base (handle meets the feathers)

- Gently, squeeze removing excessive water, base to tip of feathers.

- Gently shake excessive water out.

- Hang to Air Dry.

or

- After washing, roll feather duster inside of towel and gentle squeeze to remove water.

- Gently, shake to dry.

- Hang to Dry Feather side down.
