Customer is Responsible for:

- Throughly inspecting package immediately upon delivery.

- Contacting ESS immediately of any problems.

- Taking pictures of damaged items or packaging.

- Notating any defects, broken parts, missing pieces etc.,

- Keep copy of Delivery receipt.

For compensation for damaged or missing items, it is important to follow procedures for proper compensation. Signing your name on the delivery receipt without declaring exceptions confirms acceptable delivery conditions.

- Order will be delivered curbside on a Full size truck or 18 wheeler.

Customer is responsible for:

- Removing the shipment from the truck and bringing it into your location.

- Noting damaged or missing items on the carrier's delivery receipt, immediately upon receipt.

This product ships from a warehouse in another location and may take up to 3-7 Business Days for Shipment.
